Omne Energia is a company whose history can be divided into several periods. Our latest chapter is the takeover of the company by Spółka Pracownicza CMTP. Now we – experienced Polish managers and employees of the raw materials market – are its owners. Below we present the key events in our history.
December 2024
After a comprehensive examination of the Company's application, the Ministry of Interior and Administration decides to remove Omne Energia SA from the sanctions list.
We are immediately taking action to restore full operations and market position.
October 11, 2024
After the purchase of shares by Spółka Pracy CMTP and the Polonization of the company, we change the name to Omne Energia SA
We introduce changes to the share register, KRS, CRBR, and change the composition of the Supervisory Board.
September 2024
CMTP Employee Company's negotiations with the Company's owners are coming to an end. Management buyout of 100% of the Company's shares by Polish managers.
November 2023
Definitive severance of all trade relations with Russian persons and entities, termination of binding contracts.
July 22, 2023
The Ministry of Interior and Administration places the Company on the sanctions list.
January 2023
We are carrying out the first delivery of bioLNG for trucks in Poland.
February - December 2022
We deliver natural gas to customers in Ukraine – in total over 1,100 GWh. This is approximately the amount consumed per year by 200,000 households (approx. 600-700 thousand inhabitants of a city the size of Lviv or Zaporozhye).
We also supply LNG on preferential terms to a center in central Poland where refugees from attacked Ukraine live.
August 2022
We are putting into operation the LNG refueling station in Rzepin for Dartom trucks.
May 2020
We are launching the first LNG station for industry in Lithuania and starting to supply LNG to industrial customers in the Baltic States.
September 2019
We begin exporting natural gas to Ukraine.
October 2018
We are launching CNG refueling for buses of Michalczewski Sp. z o. o., which serves public transport in Warsaw.
February 2017
We are launching LNG deliveries to Tallinn for the natural gas-powered passenger ferry Tallinnk Megastar.
August 2016
We publish a joint report (with Iveco Poland) on the first tests of LNG-powered tractors for IKEA.
June 2016
We are putting into operation the LNG Station for the needs of the Solan factory in Głowno. It is the largest facility of this type in this part of Europe.
December 2015
We are launching the first LCNG Station in Poland for a municipal company in Wielkopolska.
July 2015
We begin our operations in the field of natural gas supplies on TPA principles. The company primarily sources supplies on the Warsaw Power Exchange, and also partially on the OTC market – Polish and EU, offering customers flexible purchasing products tailored to their needs.
June 2015
We are carrying out the first test drives of LNG-powered tractors in Poland in cooperation with Iveco Poland for IKEA Poland.
June 2014
We are launching the first LNG Station in Poland for the dairy industry in Zalesie (Lacpol Production Plant).
June 2013
The company signs the first contract for the construction of an LNG Station and the supply of LNG gas in Poland. We are a pioneer in the settlement of LNG gas supplies based on gas prices on the stock exchange.
