Appointment of the new Supervisory Board of Omne Energia S.A. – a key step towards the development and Polonization of the Company
Omne Energia SA announces that on October 3, 2019, Ryszard Rudnicki, Łukasz Czujko, and Lech Góra were appointed to the Supervisory Board. The new members have extensive experience in the energy industry and will support the company's development following recent ownership changes.
The changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board are part of broader changes in the Company that occurred after its takeover by Polish managers. They are part of the Company's long-term growth strategy, the aim of which is further expansion and providing the highest quality solutions for customers.
The Supervisory Board was appointed for a one-year term. The change in its composition completed the process of Polonization of the Company. Thus, Omne Energia SA and its owners have no connections with Russian entities.
