CMTP Employee Company has concluded an agreement to purchase 100% of the Company's shares
After long negotiations, CMTP Employee Company , founded by Polish managers, reached an agreement and signed a binding contract to purchase 100% of the Company's shares . This strategic change opens a new chapter in the company's history , ensuring its further development and strengthening its market position.
CMTP Employee Company is fully owned by Polish managers who built the Company from scratch. After a dozen or so years of cooperation, the previous board members decided on a management buyout.
"Customer service at the highest level will remain the foundation on which we have built our company . At the same time, we are taking a number of actions to sort out formal matters so that from the beginning of next year we can focus on implementing further ambitious projects," says Paweł Rudnicki, President of the Company.
The shareholders of the CMTP Employee Company are Paweł Rudnicki and Jarosław Patyk. In the coming months, Omne Energia will review previously concluded share option promises for a wider group of employees .
