Lawsuit against Wirtualna Polska
In reference to a series of articles published in Wirtualna Polska, we would like to inform you that the Company has filed a lawsuit with the District Court in Warsaw for the protection of personal rights.
Before filing the lawsuit, Omne Energia sent a letter to Wirtualna Polska in which it responded to the allegations, presented information proving their falsehood, and requested an update of the Articles . Unfortunately, the letter was not met with any formal response.
The articles spread false and unverified information about us, and the Company suffers significant image losses due to their publication.
Press law requires journalists to be diligent and honest. In our opinion, it is impossible to assume that the authors have met their obligations.
